DW Office Solutions was founded by Danel Williams as a way to assist small businesses navigate the building department. As an administrative assistant to a Metro Detroit electrical contractor for six years, she found the process challenging at first. She wondered how the small business owner would have time to get their projects to the finish line. As she learned how to successfully navigate building departments, she had the urge to help other companies as well. This epiphany led to the creation of DW Office Solutions.


Dealing with the building department can be intimidating for even the most seasoned contractor. Our role is to get the administrative side of the project back on track. Our primary focus is helping our clients resolve the document issues that are preventing them from obtaining business licenses, property maintenance compliance, and so much more. We understand that this is not a one-size-fits-all process. We pride ourselves on providing a "concierge service" to our clients by making each project a priority.
